A Thailand customer purchased a spicy snack strip production line to manufacture latiao-style snacks locally. The system includes a mixer, extruder, cutting machine, two 6-hole molds for 8.5cm round and square strips, and an SL-350 pillow packaging machine with date printing.
The line was configured for 380V three-phase power, while the packaging unit uses a separate 220V circuit. Before shipment, the equipment was tested with the customer’s raw material to verify extrusion, cutting, packaging dimensions, and date printing.
A customer in Thailand bought our spicy snack strip production line for his own factory — not for resale, but to start producing latiao-style snacks locally. The order covers four machines wired for 380V, 50Hz, three-phase power, two sets of 6-hole molds, an SL-350 pillow packaging machine with a pusher-plate infeed, and a date printer. Before shipment, we ran the whole line with the customer’s own raw material, as he requested.
What the Thai customer asked for
- Power supply: 380V, 50Hz, 3-phase — the standard industrial supply at his factory
- Product 1: round strip, 8.5cm long × 1cm diameter, extruded through a 6-hole round mold
- Product 2: square strip, 8.5cm long with a 1 × 1cm cross-section, through a second 6-hole mold set ordered as an extra
- : نمی سے بچاؤ والی لکڑی کا کریٹ: SL-350 pillow-type machine using the pusher-plate style he saw in our photos, bag size 15 × 6 × 1cm, plus an added date coder

Line configuration of the spicy snack strip production line
| Machine | طاقت | ابعاد |
| آٹا مکسر | 4 kW | 1000 × 600 × 850 mm, mixing 40–60s |
| Extruder (with motor unit) | 15 kW | Overall 1300 × 600 × 1200 mm |
| Three-layer cutting machine | 0.24 kW | 4000 × 400 × 1600 mm |
| SL-350 pillow packaging machine | 220V, 50/60Hz, 2.4 kVA | 4020 × 720 × 1450 mm, 800 kg |
The extrusion and cutting machines run on the factory’s 380V three-phase supply. One detail worth noting: the SL-350 packaging machine is specified at 220V single phase, so the customer’s electrician only needs one separate 220V circuit for packaging — the rest of the line stays on 380V.

Two mold sets, one extruder
| سانچہ | Cross-section | Length | Holes |
| Round (standard) | Ø 1cm circle | 8.5cm | 6 |
| Square (extra set) | 1 × 1cm rectangle | 8.5cm | 6 |
Both molds produce the same 8.5cm stick length at the same 6-hole output — only the cross-section changes. Swapping mold sets takes the extruder head apart, cleans it, and refits the new die; no machine modification is needed. This is how one line covers two SKUs for a startup brand.
Packaging: pusher-plate SL-350 with date printing
The customer specifically asked for the pusher-plate infeed version of the SL-350, where a mechanical lug pushes each strip into the forming tube at a fixed pitch — a better fit for regular, solid sticks than a belt infeed. We checked his target bag, 15 × 6 × 1cm, against the machine envelope:
- Bag length 150mm — within the SL-350 range of 100–600mm
- Bag width 60mm — within the 50–160mm range
- Bag height 10mm — well under the 70mm product limit, film width up to 330mm
- Date coder added on-line to print batch and expiry on the film before sealing

Tested with real material before shipment
After manufacturing was completed, the customer asked us to run a material test with his own formula rather than a dry run. We mixed, extruded, cut, and packaged on the full spicy snack strip production line, verified the 8.5cm cut length on both mold sets, confirmed the strips fed correctly through the pusher plate into 15 × 6 × 1cm bags, and checked the date printer output. Test footage and results were shared with him before the machines were packed.
Clarification of Thailand spicy snack strip latiao production line
Does the whole spicy snack strip production line run on 380V three-phase?
The mixer, extruder and cutter run on 380V 50Hz three-phase as ordered. The SL-350 packaging machine is 220V 50/60Hz, so one separate 220V circuit is needed at the packaging station.
Can the extruder make both round and square strips?
Yes. The customer ordered two 6-hole mold sets — one round Ø1cm, one square 1×1cm — both cutting at 8.5cm length. Changing the mold set changes the cross-section only.
Will a 15 × 6 × 1cm bag run on the SL-350?
Yes. 150mm bag length, 60mm width and 10mm height are all inside the SL-350 limits of 100–600mm length, 50–160mm width and 70mm product height.
