The customer is familiar with the traditional Injera production process and has clear requirements for equipment performance and capacity, with particular attention to machine stability and efficient operation.
Taizy injera production line configuration
The fully automated машина для изготовления инжера finally selected by the customer consists of four main machines, and the whole system supports electric heating 380V/50Hz, which meets the requirements of local industrial power. The production capacity is designed at 600-700 pcs per hour to meet its daily supply target of thousands of pieces of injera.
50L battering machine: used for pre-treatment of injera batter, with moderate capacity, suitable for medium and large batch operation to ensure uniform and fine batter.
Automatic molding machine: the core equipment, automatically completes the whole process of pouring batter, spreading skin, heating and baking to ensure that each piece of injera is of the same size
Cooling conveyor: the baked injera is automatically output and cooled to avoid sticking and facilitate packing.

To ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment and meet the high-frequency operation, the customer also orders the following key accessories for later replacement and maintenance:
Heating plates 20 pcs: the core component for baking injera, the customer has enough at one time to cope with long-term and high-intensity operations.
2 batter pumps: to ensure the smoothness of the batter transfer from the beating drum to the spreading position and improve efficiency.
2 sets of spatulas: for complete spatula of injera sheet from the heating plate after molding to avoid breakage.
