Chapati bread, also known as Indian flatbread, is a staple food in South Asia, often dipped in various curry sauces. The production process is to add water and salt to the whole-wheat powder, then knead it into a dough. Then use a rolling pin to press and flatten it into a round cake, and finally put it on the stove and slowly roast it.
